On December 11th of last year, BJ, pictured, was thrown from a speeding Gold Saturn on Rt. 61 in Perry Township, PA. As you can imagine, BJ suffered gruesome, life-threatening injuries. Through a network of good samaritans, BJ was taken to Berks Animal Hospital where he was examined and treated by Dr. Gerald Tishman.
Sadly, BJ succumbed to these horrific injuries which included a concussion, spinal trauma, fractured pelvis, etc., just to name a few.
After people reached out to me to see if a reward could be set up to catch this person or persons who have never been caught, Crime Alert Berks County has agreed to give a reward of up to $5,000 for any tips that will lead to an arrest. If you have any information, please call!
Join me this Wednesday night, April 25th at 6:30 PM, as Dr. Tishman joins me to talk about this horrible case of animal cruelty committed against an innocent dog.
Dr. Tishman and I will also be discussing Springtime weather tips for our four-legged furry friends. Because of the warm winter, Spring and the warmer weather has already started to cause problems for our pets. Dr. Tishman will give viewers tips on how we can not only treat these problems but also prevent future problems and keep our pets safe at this time of year.
