Prevention is the key to keeping your pet safe during the Halloween “season.” It is up to us to watch out for their welfare. Keep chocolate away from pets. It has the ability to cause serious consequences in dogs. The video has more guidelines for this holiday as does the below picture.

Yes, keep black cats indoors. Idiots like to torture the dark felines for their own amusement. In fact, keep all of your pets inside to keep them safe from evil people.

My dog got really sick after ingesting chocolate candy my kids had after trick–or-treating. He ended up being okay except it was very scary. I always make sure to put away the candy where the dog can’t get into it. No candy is good for your dog. Hide it!

Good tips! My friend’s dog eat a whole chocolate few weeks ago and it was very bad. Her puppy almost died…thanks God he is fine now. My dog is after everything and I am always worried when I have sweets around me. Holloween is around the corner, be prepared and keep animals away from chocolate.
