From SHARK, I received the following press release. You can watch the video by clicking on the link below to see the actual incident. Warning: There is language that some people may find offensive.
The incident involves the pigeon shoot at Wing Pointe, but deals with when we (SHARK) protested at Carlton Pools, which is also owned by Wing Pointe, owner Joe Solana, and one of his top men pulled a gun on us.
OUTRAGE: Man Who Drew Gun on Activists Gets Minimal CitationsFemale victim of assault incredibly facing same amount of charges as the man who attacked her. After taking a month to supposedly investigate an on-camera assault of a woman, followed by a gun pulled on a public street in broad daylight, the Warminster Police Department and Bucks County District Attorney David Heckler have finally filed charges.Gunman Robert Olsen received two minor charges, neither of which appear connected to his assault of a woman or his gunplay. Olsen received no charges for his acts of intimidation, including using his vehicle to threaten Hindi, which he did earlier in the day. SHARK president Steve Hindi received four charges. Incredibly, and beyond any rational thought process, Janet Enoch, SHARK Investigator who was assaulted by Olsen, received two charges.Video of the gun incident may we viewed at:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IuTC1Jk9h8QDistrict Attorney Heckler has a history of protecting pigeon shooters. He has repeatedly ignored offenses ranging from animal cruelty, to shooters covering their license plates, to shooters using their vehicles to threaten and intimidate, to weapons being knowingly discharged in the direction of protesters, and in some cases hitting them.“But for the miscarriage of justice, these charges would be laughable,” according to SHARK president Steve Hindi. “Ms. Enoch and I look forward to fighting the charges in a court of law. Meanwhile, a gunman has been enabled and empowered. I fear for the safety of Warminster residents.”After police seized Janet Enoch’s video camera and Steve Hindi’s laptop computer, claiming both as evidence, there is no word as to whether police confiscated three cameras used by Olsen and his associates.
Why haven’t any charges been filed against the man who pulled the gun against these two people? Your thoughts?
