Kendall Jones (pictured with some of her big game animals she has killed) is a 19 yr. old Texas Tech University cheerleader who enjoys hunting. She has had FB and the media buzzing about her hunting escapades since people viewed photos of her with the animals she has shot and killed.
Her love for hunting began as a small girl when her father took trips to kill big game animals.
She is now an avid big game hunter. She made news when she posted photos of her hunting trip to Zimbabwe on her Facebook page.
Animal activists began to complain to FB administrators and ultimately FB found her pictures to be offensive. Her photos were deleted.
According to FB, “We remove reported content that promotes poaching of endangered species, the sale of animals for an organized fight or content that includes extreme acts of animal abuse.” FB claimed it violated their terms of service and violated their community standards.
Kendall Jones became the target of another FB page- “Kill Kendall Jones.” People complained to FB administrators and FB said this page does NOT violate their community standards and it stays!
A facebook page that advocates the murder of someone doesn’t violate those same standards!
I’ve seen FB stop animal advocates from posting pictures of animals that have been abused but allowed animal abusers post pictures and videos of animals being tortured.
I’ve heard animal groups complaining that FB has controlled the number of photos they can post per day.
I personally feel the only reason FB removed the “Kill Kendall Jones” page was pressure from the media- CNN, ABC, NBC, etc., and the FBI. It was only then FB changed their stance on this issue.
How did Facebook justify their reasoning that is was perfectly okay to murder someone?
Again, people complained to FB administrators, and they replied with this answer:

I don’t agree with trophy hunting and don’t think people should post pictures. Having said that, I think people wanting to kill this young woman is a crime. This world is nuts. I wonder how many of those complaining about her have had abortions or agree with abortions. Crazy.

Fb disgusts me! I’m against hunting. To let those who want to kill her keep that page up is beyond disgraceful. They need to be held acccountable! This girl should be afraid if a page had followers who want her dead. Shame on FB! Shame on the people!

I saw this on the internet. I think posing with dead animals is stupidity at its finest. Smiling while you have a dead animal lying in front of you or holding it with a huge grin is sickening. It’s one thing to kill an animal especially if you eat the meat. I believe hunting, (good hunters) is less cruel than factory farming but taking pictures with the dead animals and being so proud for killing the animal makes you a narcissist. We live in a society of narcissism. Everyone takes selfies including adults. Get over yourselves.
This is the way I feel about hunting and taking photos. I don’t agree with it but I also don’t agree wanting to kill this young woman. Killing a human being over a dead animal. She didn’t kill a human being.
I praise animal activism and the hard work many do to help animals. When those who are involved in extremism are involved, I feel they wreck it for those who are sincerely trying to help the animals.
Professing to kill, creating facebook pages or on other social media sites is defeating their purpose. I don’t understand their mentality. I think they need a reality check. They’re as bad as the hunters with a grin on their face.

I’d like to do to this woman what she does to these animals. How dare she kill God’s creatures and have their heads mounted to prove she can do it! I can’t stand hunters and they all deserve the same fate. Karam.

So it is ok to do to her what you think is abominable? That makes you a hypocrite. She is one of Gods creatures too isnt she?

Good day! I could have sworn I’ve been to this site before but after checking through some of the posts I realized it’s new to me. Anyhow, I’m definitely glad I found it and I’ll be book-marking and checking back frequently!

I’m an animal advocate and I’m embarrassed to be associated with those who want her dead. I totally disagree with what she does but wanting to murder a human being makes you just as bad as her. How can you call yourself an advocate is you want to kill. There are other ways to deal with hunters. There are many of them who post pictures. I don’t know why they went after her. She has to be scared for her life and rightly so.
