Join our friends from Carbon County Environmental Center to learn more about this impressive raptor and to see a live eagle up close. This program coincides with the peak of bald eagle migration at Hawk Mountain, but let’s us guarantee that you have a 100% chance of seeing one on this day.
Topics covered during talk will include eagle identification, details on the hazards all raptors face in the wild, and steps the average person can take to protect and conserve wildlife.
Following the program, consider a walk to the Lookout to watch for wild eagles migrating by the North Lookout (trail fee applies).
