If you’re looking for an event where you can take your entire family and your dogs, look no further than the 8th Annual John DeBella Dog Walk this Sunday, May 2nd from 11AM- 3PM.
The purpose of this event is to educate people about non-profit animal organizations. There will be 100 + exhibitors at this year’s event. And yes, this does include a dog walk. But it is so much more than this.
First of all, it is FREE! There will be a K-9 demonstration with Sgt. Buckley and the Abington Police Dep’t, an agility demonstration- two events I enjoy watching. There will also be pet photos, dog fashion show and so much more.
The John DeBella Dog Walk will be held at 2144 Snyder Road, Green Lane, PA 18054. There is plenty of ample parking. Beautiful place to walk your dog (s). The landscape includes a gorgeous lake.
Most importantly, come out and find out about so many great animal organizations who help our furry friends. They do a spectacular job. Stop by their booths and learn more.
John DeBella truly wants to help animals. Trust me. When he and I were at Channel 10 in Philadelphia, I asked him to help promote awareness day, he didn’t hesitate to say yes. John showcases pets up for adoption every Thursday on the 10 Show! in Philly. That is where he and I met and it was then I found out just how much he wants to help animals.
It truly is a great event for the entire family. And it’s free! You can’t beat that.
